We use Streamline since a few years ago, in my rental operations on beach towns in Mexico, this software has brought to my company, modernity, control, satisfaction for our property owners, user-friendliness for tenants, and of course, all this is traduced to a better, stronger and bigger business… Just like any other system, we can also find issues, which they get resolved after we report them to developers, in a timely manner… Me, my staff and my clients, are happy and satisfied using Streamline, and we´ll be using it while we are in business.

So this was my first Streamline Software conference, but probably my 50th industry conference. Seriously 50 (I’ve been around a long time). The point is that it is hard to impress me on these things.

So many conferences are multiple day self-serving commercials that are solely focused on how to further their company’s future sales. That simply did not exist at the Streamline software conference.

At the Streamline software conference I was particularly struck with the attention to detail and the genuine concern I experienced from all of the staff had to the success of Streamline, but more importantly to the success of my company.

It was a breath of fresh air to see, even to an outsider like me, that the clients of the company were happy, and in attendance due to the focus on their own success that was a core belief of Streamline. I was asked time and again about how my team was enjoying the conference and whether there was anything that could be done to improve my group’s takeaways. Unprecedented!

Simply stated the venue was perfect, the subject matter was spot on, the camaraderie was great, and the focus of Streamline was and open book – learning what is needed to improve the software and sharing what is available to ensure the user’s success.

Well done Streamline. It’s nice to have a partner like this.

For several years prior to finding Streamline, we searched for a software package that would allow us to manage our business “in the cloud” as well as our server based system had. Upon implementing Streamline, we found that not only could we manage our business remotely, we could manage it far better than we imagined.

Streamline’s accounting capabilities allow us to do all our Owner, Guest and Vendor accounting from within the system without the need for Quickbooks. The software has allowed us to begin working with Wholesalers and OTA’s in ways we never knew of, allowing us to increase occupancies in slower periods. Streamline – an All in One Solution!

We have been using Streamline for over a year after switching from another reservation system and it has been extremely efficient, which has allowed us to grow our business 50% over last year. At one point, we were logging into eight different systems to accomplish what we could get done with one click into Streamline and one click into Quickbooks Online!

The intuitive features are too numerous to list, however setting up units is a breeze, creating and managing the guest documents is actually fun. The Quickbooks Online sync solution with Streamline is seamless and our processing of owner statements and paying owners is very simple. Furthermore, the sync with VRBO and other partners saves us having to update prices and calendars manually. The Housekeeping App is a favorite among our Cleaners and Inspectors as well.

Streamline’s partnership with Shore Dreams has been awesome and we look forward to all new cool features they continue to develop an offer on an ongoing basis!

After transitioning our software twice in two years I was elated to find Streamline. Utilizing their fully integrated VRBO calendars and WordPress plugin our online bookings went from 3% with LiveRez to 35-40% depending on the month. This was a huge improvement that went directly to the bottom line. The housekeeping module has helped us manage our repairs and cleaning allowing us to far more visibility into improvements, online inspections, and productivity. Streamline is the third and final vacation rental software that we have used (Starting in 2011). The first, was pretty, but had some major accounting failures. The second, had the accounting, but we had to do all the client interfacing. Finally streamline combined them into the best combination of the two. We now have a very functional, correct accounting system that allows us to be highly effective at marketing. It was a game changer for our operations. We are still ‘new users’ with everything just rolling out, but I have yet to find anything that it won’t do that I want it to do. Every meeting and session that we have with Streamline, I have a series of questions – “how can I do X?”, “is there a way to do Y?”, “can I automate Z?” Nearly every time the answer is “yes, and here’s how.” On those rare occasions where they don’t already have what I want, they have already planned and designed for it. So the worst answer I’ve had yet was “not right now, but its planned for release in September”. I can live with that. 😉

Customer service is fast and responsive and actually helpful. Everyone I’ve spoken with there has been knowledgeable about not only the software but the industry. These people are the real deal and I’m very happy to be working with them.

Having switched to Streamline almost 2 years ago I have seen my business increase in inventory and bookings. The ease of the software is remarkable, much more “streamlined” pardon the pun, that our previous software.

The customer support is supurb, our account manager is always available to help with technical questions and in any way he can.Our homeowners love the website and the owner portal.

I personally love the ease of reporting homeowner costs and taking care of homeowner statements, being able to add multiple expenses for multiple owners is really great.

The guest app is something we really look forward to starting as is the new yielding program.
